Circumstances where customer is viable for money back?
1. Damaged during delivery: If the shipped product is damaged during the delivery process, they buyer is eligible to get complete money back of the invoice amount he paid. The customer can also opt to reorder a new product which will be shipped at no extra cost to the customer.
2. Missing delivery – In such cases where the product does not reach the customer for any reason, the customer would be eligible for money back or reshipping at no extra cost.
3. Customer’s reasons are valid – if a customer gives a valid reason for getting their money back, she/ he will receive their entire invoice value. The customer will have to provide proper documentation detailing his reasons for asking for their money back as well as his order number over email.
4. Time Of Cancellation – The customer cancels the order within 2 hours of booking – If a customer cancels their order within 2 hours of time when he or she booked the order, the money will be refunded, no questions asked!.

Circumstances where the customer is not liable for money back
1. If any customer provides wrong shipping / billing address or a partial address is provided – Refund will not be considered in this case even if the product is returned back due to incorrect shipping or billing address provided by the customer. However, customer can always book a new order to the correct address but, they will have to make a fresh and complete payment.
2. Non-availability of the purchaser: If the product is returned to us due to non-availability of any one to receive it, No money back will be granted. It is the customers responsibility to track the product and receive it.
